To find talents that meet the demands of the era and equip graduates with the capability to work across countries and disciplines, enterprises must start by focusing on talent development. Ming Chuan University is actively promoting 10 Pillars education to cultivate modern workplace elites by integrating it with AI technology and sustainable development, thereby enhancing students' capabilities in AI and sustainable applications. To adapt to the trends of the times, Ming Chuan University collaborates with Global Education Systems to organize the second 10 Pillars Education Forum, inviting internal and external experts to discuss sustainable talent in the AI era.<\/p>\n<p>Chuan Lee, President of Ming Chuan University\u2019s Global Education Systems, pointed out that with the arrival of the AI era, there is a heightened expectation for talent across the industry, government, and academia.
